
International Angel Investors Institute is a non-profit organization that has its roots in California's Silicon Valley where it was founded by Hal Nissley, a successful entrepreneur and Angel Investor*, who is also a Cleveland native. It's mission is to "empower Angels and Entrepreneurs through improved corporate governance, finance, and marketing" combined with a focus to "harmonize securities laws". Chapters have subsequently formed in Tokyo, Japan, Seoul, Korea, Toronto, Canada, and now Northeast Ohio.
