Larry
Mehren - Larry Mehren is a Director with Plante
Moran Corporate Finance. Larry has over 10
years experience serving clients in a variety of industries, with
particular understanding of the publishing and technology industries,
a practice area he leads for
P&M. His work includes buy side and sell side
engagement, capital raises and strategic planning assignments. Larry
earned a BA from the University of Arizona and is currently pursuing
an MBA from Northwestern
University's Kellogg School of Management.
Rob
Lawrence - Rob has generated
over $2 billion in direct commercial finance underwriting. He has been a
senior leader in the start-up and formulation of new business units and
strategic initiatives at National City Bank of Detroit
and Penske Corporation. He also has been an essential team member in joint
venture negotiations at Penske Corporation and acted as advisor in merger
and acquisition transactions for my clients.
Rob has a MBA from MSU & BA in Economics from MSU Business School.
Sarah
Kneisel -
Sarah
joined Wind Point Partners as a Principal in July 2000.
She works closely with the firm’s portfolio companies in the
industrial and automotive sectors and focuses on new investments in the
same sectors. Prior to
joining Wind Point, Sarah was the Manager of Corporate Development for
Federal-Mogul Corporation. Previously, Sarah held positions in
corporate development at both Textron and Peregrine and as a management
consultant for Coopers & Lybrand, after beginning her career at
General Motors. Sarah holds both an MBA and a BFA from The
University of Michigan.
Barbara
Kaye - Barb,
with Dykema Gossett Corporate Finance, has extensive
experience in mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies,
subsidiaries and divisions and other strategic forms of alliances.
Ms. Kaye also has expertise in debt finance, including secured
syndicated financings and 144A convertible debt and high yield offerings,
and restructurings of such financings.
In recent years, Ms. Kaye’s practice has included the assistance
of start-ups with such issues as business formation, creation of a capital
structure and negotiating angel, seed and venture capital financing.

Matthew is the ANGEL CAPITAL NETWORK (www.angelcapitalnetwork.com)
Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director for healthcare
and Life Sciences. He is one of the co-founders of the Company. He has over 20
years of experience serving technology, healthcare and life sciences
companies, including healthcare providers, managed care, biotechnology,
pharmaceuticals and medical device companies and healthcare software and
Internet companies. Prior to joining the Company in January 2000, Mr.. Matthew
was a Managing Director in the
Corporate Finance Practice of the accounting firm KPMG, where he worked as an
accountant for 20 years. At that firm, he focused on the convergence of the
life sciences, healthcare, electronics, telecommunications and computer
industries. He is a certified public accountant and has an M.B.A. from
Michigan State University.
