Jim Matthew, Managing Director - ANGEL CAPITAL
NETWORK, SILICON VALLEY
James Matthew is the ANGEL CAPITAL NETWORK Chief Financial
Officer and Managing Director for healthcare and Life Sciences. He is one
of the co-founders of the Company. He has over 20 years of experience serving
technology, healthcare and life sciences companies, including healthcare
providers, managed care, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and medical device
companies and healthcare software and Internet companies. Prior to joining the
Company in January 2000, Mr. Matthew was a Managing Director in the Corporate
Finance Practice of the accounting firm KPMG, where he worked as an accountant
for 20 years. At that firm, he focused on the convergence of the life sciences,
healthcare, electronics, telecommunications and computer industries. He is a
certified public accountant and has an M.B.A. from Michigan State University
